Without a doubt the best motorcycle related show on television right now is Ewan McGregor's Long Way Round. It's the story of Ewan and his buddy Charley's motorcycle adventure trip from London to New York, via Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Russia, etc, etc. They do a pretty good job of capturing the anxiety, uncertainty, and sensawunda that such a trip inevitably invokes. I have the first couple of episodes saved on the Tivo, but I really hope they release this on DVD. Highly recommended.
In related news, an updated collector's edition DVD of Faster, the MotoGP documentary narrated by Ewan McGregor, has been released. You should pick up one of those too.
Is there ANY way we can toss out Greg White for Ewan McGregor. Please? I promise I would watch 2WT quietly no matter how pithy the story or how scary the brollytramp...
