It's been five days, and so far I'm still getting up early. I've settled on an up and at'em time of 6am. The psychological effects are pretty interesting. Last weekend I was awake for so many hours that I had a distorted sense of time. By Saturday afternoon I was convinced that it was Sunday. By Sunday I could swear it had been a three day weekend. The morning has been a bit rough the last couple of days. I think I need to do something a bit more active than plopping down in front of the computer and web surfing. Maybe some exercise, or heaven forbid, making a real breakfast would help.
